The Problem
A major Finnish telecom operator needed to migrate from a legacy IAM platform to a new SaaS-based solution, without interrupting millions of daily logins.
Role & Contribution
Contributed as part of a consultancy team to design and implement the transition architecture. This included building a custom OpenID Connect (OIDC) provider, provisioning services, and maintaining legacy IAM functions during the shift.
Outcome
Users experienced a seamless migration, with single sign-on (SSO) maintained across both platforms throughout the transition.
